تطبيق "مستعجل" هو منصة إلكترونية تلعب دور الوسيط التقني فقط للربط بين المسافر (الموصل) وصاحب الطرد. التطبيق لا يملك البضائع، ولا يمارس مهنة النقل، ولا يعتبر موظفاً لأي من الأطراف.

إخلاء المسؤولية القانونية
المسؤولية عن المحتوى
تقع المسؤولية كاملة على صاحب الطرد والمسافر في التحقق من طبيعة المواد المنقولة. يخلي التطبيق مسؤوليته تماماً عن نقل أي مواد محظورة (مخدرات، أسلحة، عملات مزيفة، مواد قابلة للاشتعال، أو أي مواد تخالف قوانين المملكة العربية السعودية والدول ذات الصلة).
الفقدان والسرقة
التطبيق غير مسؤول عن فقدان، تلف، أو سرقة الطرود من قبل المسافر. العلاقة التعاقدية في التوصيل هي علاقة مباشرة بين الطرفين.
الملاحقة الجنائية
في حال تم استخدام التطبيق لنقل مواد غير قانونية، سيتم تزويد الجهات الأمنية بكافة بيانات الأطراف المعنية فوراً، ويتحمل الأطراف كافة التبعات القانونية والشرعية.

يُقرّ المسافر بحقه في تفتيش الطرد قبل استلامه للتأكد من سلامته قانونياً.

يُقرّ صاحب الطرد بأن البيانات المقدمة عن المحتوى دقيقة وصحيحة 100%.

حظر التعاملات خارج المنصة
الالتزام بإتمام الصفقات داخل المنصة حصراً
يُحظر على جميع المستخدمين (المسافرين وأصحاب الطرود) إجراء أي اتفاقيات أو تسويات مالية أو عمليات توصيل خارج نطاق منصة "مستعجل". تُعدّ جميع الاتفاقيات المبرمة خارج المنصة انتهاكاً صريحاً لهذه الشروط وتُفضي إلى إسقاط كافة ضمانات الحماية المقدمة من التطبيق.
العقوبات والإجراءات التنفيذية
في حال ثبوت إجراء أي تعامل مالي أو تعاقدي خارج المنصة، تحتفظ "مستعجل" بالحق الكامل في اتخاذ الإجراءات التالية فوراً ودون إشعار مسبق:
- تعليق الحساب فوراً وحظر الوصول إلى المنصة.
- تجميد الرصيد المالي في المحفظة الإلكترونية لحين استكمال التحقيق.
- الإغلاق الدائم للحساب في حال تكرار المخالفة أو ثبوت النية الاحتيالية.
- إحالة البيانات إلى الجهات القانونية المختصة عند الاقتضاء.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية والشريعة الإسلامية، وأي نزاع ينشأ يتم حله أمام المحاكم المختصة في المملكة.
"Mustaagel" app is a Technical Intermediary platform that connects travelers with senders. The app does not own the goods, is not a logistics provider, and does not employ any of the parties involved.
Prohibited Items
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that shipments do not contain illegal items (narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, or items against state security). The app disclaims all liability regarding the nature of the items transported.
Loss or Theft
The app shall not be held liable for any theft, damage, or loss of shipments caused by the traveler. The delivery agreement is a direct private contract between the sender and the traveler.
Criminal Liability
In case of illegal activity, "Mustaagel" will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies by providing user data. Users will bear all legal consequences under Saudi and International laws.

The traveler has the right and duty to inspect the shipment before acceptance to ensure compliance with the law.

The sender guarantees that all descriptions of the shipment are accurate and truthful.

Prohibition of Off-Platform Transactions
Mandatory Use of Platform for All Transactions
All Users — including Travelers and Senders — are strictly prohibited from conducting any agreements, financial settlements, or delivery arrangements outside the "Mustaagel" platform. Any transaction executed outside the platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and results in the immediate forfeiture of all protections and guarantees provided by the application.
Enforcement Actions & Penalties
Upon verified detection of any off-platform transaction, "Mustaagel" reserves the right to enforce the following measures immediately and without prior notice:
- Immediate suspension of the User's account and revocation of platform access.
- Freezing of all funds held in the User's in-app wallet pending investigation.
- Permanent account termination upon repeated violations or confirmed fraudulent intent.
- Referral of User data to competent legal authorities where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Islamic Sharia principles. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of KSA.
